Flexicare “Night at the Museum” Concert returns for another magical evening on Friday 24th March 2023.

We are delighted to announce that, the wonderful The Ivel Flute Trio will entertain us with an evening of music at the University of Oxford Museum of Natural History. Doors will open at 7:00pm for a prompt 7:30 start. Come early to buy raffle tickets and stay after for drinks and nibbles.

One of our guests at the last concert commented: “Fabulous venue, fabulous musicians and programme, lovely nibbles after. Beautifully run by volunteers. Just a really great event. So pleased we came, we’ll be along next year.”

We look forward to you joining us for a lovely and rare combination of flute, cello and piano will perform a variety of pieces including the gorgeous, exciting Trio in G minor composed Carl Maria von Weber 1818–1819.  A fan of this trio says ‘ I think Beethoven would have approved of the violent, hammering theme in the scherzo and the graceful flute waltz!’
