On Sunday 6^th July 2025 Flexicare celebrated our 40^th Birthday party!  The event was a huge success, we welcomed over 100 guests: current and past families, supporters, and team members dating back to our founding in 1985.  A fabulous time was had by all, with delicious party food, fun and entertainment, balloon animals, model trains and crafting, a specialist sensory den, and a visit from the Dinky Therapy Ponies!

A very special thank you to MV Kelly for sponsoring our party and for donating their time to provide practical support on the day.  A huge thank you to all our supporters who have helped us in so many ways: setting up and tidying up, running entertainment and activities, donating cakes and treats; and to Claire R for baking and decorating our fabulous birthday cake!

The event climaxed with the cutting of our 40^th birthday cake by four founders Sara Hall and Sue Kenrick, along with one of our very first Flexicare children Paul!

Flexicare is an Oxfordshire charity that provides a free, fully flexible, specialised sitting service for families with children with disabilities.  Thanks to our generous donors, volunteers and supporters, we proudly celebrate 40 years of success!
